Sring calving cows with 4-6 month old purebred Salers heifer calves at foot

Salco Partners impressed visitors again this year when visitors saw them on Saturday 28th January, or Day 2 of the 2017 Stock and Land Beef week.

 

Peter and Cheryl of Salco Partners put on display at their Lang Lang property a large percentage of their full herd of Salers containing French, New Zealand and American/Canadian genetics.  All animals in their herd have full Breed Plan figures to back them.

The day started early with many people making full use of the cooler morning.  Peter and Cheryl had locals as well as cattle breeders from as far as Toowoomba QLD travel to inspect their animals.

Peter comments “that overall it was a good day.” He continues on saying he has “ongoing strong interest in females” and also had a couple of bull sales go into NSW.
