As was indicated in my previous correspondence, the board has requested that a magazine be compiled A.S.A.P.         .
Included is a pricing for advertising in the 24 page, high quality magazine that will be current for an extended period.

Time is of the essence so a deadline has been set.  No late entries will be accepted.

By the time you receive this letter the board will have had its first meeting for the year.  We hope to achieve a lot this year and so ask for your assistance by initially supporting your magazine.

Don’t forget that this is the year of the “J” as the letters ”I” and “O” are not included in the registration alphabet.
